Part of a patch pioneering family (father Drew helped create the trekker division and mother Carrie was a member of the very first relay team), Canning will be entering the KinderSprint for the second time. Last year, he tied for fourth, while in 2004 Canning was the co-champion in the now-defunct Pok-O sprint division.

A lot of Cross Training. Wrestling, Swimming, and Game Boy.

Watch out for rocks and twigs coming out of the ground.
