GENEROUS GIVING
RECORD FIELD ON PACE FOR RECORD DONATIONS
As of the first week in May- with over three weeks remaining until Patch Sprint weekend- a record field of racers, trekkers, volunteers and friends have registered for the 2006 event.  (See list of Who's In).
With the registrations comes a generous spirit of giving to the Patch Sprint's charity:  The Adirondack Scholarship Foundation.  The Foundation provides financial assistance to needy children, so that they may enjoy a summer camp or outdoor educational experience.  In 2005, the Patch Sprint raised over 1,300 dollars.  That total is being rapidly approached for 2006.
The directors of the Patch Sprint wish to thank, and recognize the donors, with the hope and expectation that the generosity will continue right on through Patch Sprint weekend.
