2003 PATCH SPRINT PREDICTIONS        
     
Once again, oddsmaker Danny Sheridan of USA Today makes his picks for the grand sports spectacle of 2003.  Sheridan says:  
  "Last year I was nearly right on, and would have been exact on the top 10 if Fiegl and Singer didn't pull out, Henderson didn't get hurt; and Stanley didn't come out of nowhere!  Here's it is for 2003, pending last minute entrants or withdrawals."
